£89.95Trombone Concerto (Edward Gregson)Gregson's Trombone Concerto falls into three main sections, played without a break, but conforming to the traditional pattern of concerto structure. The writing for trombone is virtuosic, encompassing the whole range of the instrument, but also exploiting the rather beautiful lyrical sound of which the instrument is capable. £27.99 £27.99Love Theme From Cello Concerto No. 1 - Cornet Solo Joseph KnightThis concerto was written by Joseph Knight in 1998 during his last year at the University of Huddersfield. This theme is the Love theme. The whole piece is a tone poem based around the fictional life of a Russian composer who goes through many trials at the hand of Soviet authorities and is finally released when the wall comes down. This theme is the one that depicts his wife and her sad story. The cello in the original represents the composer while the other instruments interact as the events. This arrangement is from one of the other themes and is therefore higher and suites a cornet very well. Estimated dispatch 5-9 working days

£105.00Tuba Concerto - Ralph Vaughan WilliamsRalph Vaughan Williams' Tuba Concerto was written in 1953/4 in response to an invitation to compose a work for the Golden Jubilee of the London Symphony Orchestra. Vaughan Williams was by then in his eighty-second year. The lively, outer movements both conclude with extended cadenzas, while the beautifully lyrical Romanza is Vaughan Williams at his best. Phillip Littlemore's brass band arrangement is a welcome addition to the brass band repertoire.Brass Band Grade 6: ChampionshipDuration: 15 minutes In Stock: Estimated dispatch 1-3 working days
