This melodic Tenor Horn solo was composed for Kate Brown of the FulhamBand. With moving band parts and a tuneful, yet technical solo part, this piece allows the soloist to show off their high register and technical skills whilst maintaining entertainment value for the audience. This energetic piece, one of the many qualities of Ennio Morricone's music, has recently been brought back into the public eye with its use in the new 'Health Lottery" Adverts and many other TV appearances. The music comes from the iconic picture "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" while the character Tuco searches for the $200,000 hidden in a graveyard. Since then, its been a hit world wide, being used in several media campaigns. its success can be attributed to the strong, powerful melody that last long in the memory. This work has become more and more popular as the years have gone by. Recognised as the end of day ceremony, this remembrance work incorporates the hymn tune 'St Clement', known more popularly as 'The Day Thou Gavest' and the Sunset Bugle call. Les Miserables has been entertaining thousands of people the world over since its premiere in Paris in 1980. With a hit soundtrack of memorable songs, Empty Chairs at Empty tables is one of the more reflective works from the musical. As Marius' returns to the caf alone, the solo survivor following the battle (other than Jean Valjean), he regrets and reminisces over the loss of his friends in this moving work that, like many other titles from the musical, works extremely well for Brass Band. A great addition to any concert programme and a sure hit with audiences across the globe.

Ellandium was commissioned for Elland Silver Band's debut album, 'iMAGINATIONS' (2018), and was first performed at their 'Yorkshire Champion Contenders' concert on 25th February 2017. The work is a beautiful hymn with a modern twist, featuring lush, jazz-inspired harmonies and a soaring, heartfelt theme carried delicately by Cornets and Baritone. Composed by Elland Silver Band's Composer-in-Residence, Nick Brocklehurst, Ellandium will satisfy audiences from start to finish, from its humble opening to its powerful climax and peaceful resolution.

There is little doubt in anyone's mind that Goff Richards' music enriched the Brass Band repertoire with his colourful and imaginative arrangements and compositions. Composer, Gavin Somerset was encouraged when younger by Goff, to write for Brass Bands after they had worked on an arrangement together. Following the passing of Goff back in 2011, this melodic, yet powerful work that reflected upon two of Goff's popular compositions for band, Pastorale & Country Scene, was composed. Seven years on, this work is only now being released and provides an emotional music tribute, which both players and audiences will enjoy over and over again.

Possibly the most well-known Mozart work of all time is now available as a fun Eb Bass Solo. With tongue-in-cheek accompaniment, this new tuba solo gives the soloist plenty to do in this fast paced concert showcase. Composed in 1787, this is the first movement from the popular Serenade, more often referred to in English as, A Little Night Music.
