'At World's End' is the third film in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' series. Whilst currently holding the record for the most expensive movie made at the time of release, reviews of the film were mixed and many thought it not as good as its two predecessors. However as with many films, those that have failed to impress on screen can leave behind a soundtrack that remains powerful and popular. Hans Zimmer's music for this third film pulled on the main themes used in the previous two movies with some added material. This arrangement incorporates the new themes from the film, not previously released for band and features the stunning track 'Up Is Down'. As well as this 'main version', there is also a youth/training band version of the work available which is more accessible to younger bands. The two versions work as standalone items, or can be performed side-by-side. A great new original piece for Brass Band.

A new take on this this famous Welsh song is the perfect way to introduce your band to the concert stage. With stage directions, the band appears over the familiar 'Bolero' side drum rhythm one section at a time. Calon Lan has as in recent years become associated with the Welsh Rugby Union, being sung before almost every Test match involving the Welsh national team. This arrangement is accessible to Youth bands as well as senior bands and a lovely way to add something different to your concerts.

Rondeau - Mouret - Stephen Tighe
Public Television viewers will recognize this piece as the theme from "Masterpiece Theatre." It was composed in Paris in 1729 by Jean-Joseph Mouret (1682-1738) as part of a longer suite of instrumental pieces. The Rondeau has been popular at weddings and can be used as either a processional or a recessional, depending on the tempo at which it is played.

Keeping spirits high during World War II was essential, and music played a huge part. Darrol Barry's excellent arrangement 'Keep Smiling Through' has been pleasing audiences for years and can probably be found in most brass bands libraries across the country. This latest release of popular war time songs including 'Wish Me Luck, As You Wave Me Goodbye', 'We're Going To Hang Out The Washing', 'Kiss Me Goodnight Sgt. Major', 'Good Morning', 'Bless 'Em All' and the highlight of the piece, the slow, hair raising middle movement 'Apple Blossom Time', was originally released to coincide with the 70th Anniversary of the Battle Of Britain. All of these songs were sung as the London population camped out in the underground stations. This arrangement will get the feet tapping as audiences sing along to the lively pieces and then sends shivers down their spines with the gorgeous 'Apple Blossom Time' featuring in the middle of the medley. This is a piece not to be missed and should belong in all bands libraries.

Based on an old French carol, and inspired by such TV series as Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice, the arrangement aims to depict the servants of a well-to-do household preparing for the return of their Master and his family to enjoy Christmas at the Hall. As they go about their tasks, we hear appropriate well known carols interwoven with the main theme. Deck the Hall, Good King Wenceslas, The Wassail Song, The Holly and the Ivy and Oh Christmas Tree are all heard as the servants get into the swing of the season. Pachelbango - Pachelbel - Ed Keeley
Pachelbel's most famous work as you've never heard it before. This arrangements features all sections of the band and gives them a chance to shine making the piece perfect for both concert or contest venues. Pachelbel's Canon in D is one of the most famous pieces of classical music of all time. Simply written for 3 violins and a cello, the music is basically 8 bars repeated 28 times. Mostly unforgotten until the 1970s it has become one of the most recorded pieces and used at more than 90% of all weddings as an introit. This arrangement has reset the Canon into a Latin-American tango style, pushing it into a new accessible groove and will bring a smile to your audiences & players. A must have for your upcoming concerts.
