This exciting, rhythmic solo for bass trombone and piano has been written by renowned Nigerian composer Micheal Bakare. 'Orin isoji' means 'songs of revival' in the English language. The song is invocatory in style, through rigorous clapping, the use of handbells (agogo) and drumming. The solo comes complete with backing track, which includes African drums in addition to the piano accompaniment.
