Highgarth Invention - Rebecca Kirk-Smith

An interesting work for adventurous soloists who fancy something a bit different. The work begins with an unacompanied rubato section before a vivace dialogue breaks out between euphonium and piano. The music is rhythmic and energetic before a grandioso returns us to the calmness of the opening section.
