£60.99Nordic Fanfare and Hymn - Jacob de Haan
As the title suggests, this opening work consists of a fanfare and a hymn. It was written for the opening ceremony of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberstdorf (Allgau, Germany) and can be played in four different versions depending on your needs or the players available. You can use a complete version, a short fanfare played just by cornets, trombones and timpani, a double fanfare (extended with tutti-band) or a fanfare version followed by the hymn. Fanfare and Hymn is an extremely practical and versatile ceremonial opening piece.

£33.02King Lily of the Valley (Euphonium & Baritone Feature w/Brass Band) Espen Haukas
Based on a poem by Gustaf Froding, King Lily of the Valley is a poetic and regal musical tribute to the delicate flower that, in Froding's verse, appears as a young king surrounded by both sorrow and beauty. Originally composed by David Wikander and arranged for male choir (TTBB) by Rasmus Krigstrom, this evocative work has been masterfully reimagined for brass band by Norwegian arranger and composer Espen Wallacher Haukas and created for Bjorsvik Brass's performance at Siddis Brass 2025. The brass band version retains the choral character and emotional depth of the original, weaving lush harmonies and lyrical phrasing into a rich soundscape. A deeply expressive addition to any brass band repertoire - blending Nordic choral tradition with the grandeur and warmth of the brass band sound. Funky Hedde - Torstein Aagaard-Nilsen
A good friend of mine, trombonist and professor Jesper Juul Windahl commissioned me a trombone quartet. I then wrote Four Nordic Folk Pops. The last of the four is a Norwegian tune called Havard Hedde in a funky version.Then I made a brass quintet version for Lofoten Brass Quintet for a their Australia tour. The trombonist in the quintet asked me for a brass band version to be used in an entertainment contest (SIDDIS Brass). Havard Hedde did not succeed in getting married, but I think this version wil make him dance again.Torstein Aagaard-Nilsen

Vinter og sne - Naess-Jansen - Haakon Esplo
"Winter and Snow" was written by Sigurd Jansen and Alfred Naess and were recorded and released on single by Norwegian singer Wenche Myhre in 1966. The single was released in connection with the Nordic World Championships held in Oslo that year. The well-known song was also recorded in new version in 2011 by Wenche Myhre and included on her album "66".
